What counts as a token?
A token is roughly three-quarters of an English word. The pricing table on this page shows how many tokens each step of the pipeline uses, so you can predict your spend without surprises.
What happens after I use 500K tokens?
You’re billed $0.50 per additional 100,000 tokens on your next invoice — same per-token price as the included bucket, just metered. You can also set a hard monthly cap in Account → Billing.
Do I have to pay for the coding agent separately?
No, you keep paying whoever you already pay. Modular Chunks generates the plan, the chunk contracts, and the agent-ready instructions. Your existing agent does the actual code-writing.
Is the trial really free?
Yes. Fourteen days, no card up-front. After that, you add a card to keep going. Cancel any time within the trial and we never charge you.
Do you have a team plan?
The MVP is solo-first. Team workspaces with shared briefs, shared chunks, and a role model are on the roadmap. If you need it earlier, talk to us.
Can I use my own existing codebase?
Yes. The audit mode ingests an existing repo, builds a snapshot, and lets you propose chunks against the codebase you already have — no greenfield restart.
