14-day refund window, processed automatically for first-time requests. Honest about what we will and won’t refund.
The 14-day window
New paid subscriptions can be fully refunded within 14 calendar days of the first charge. First-time refunds within that window are processed automatically — no questions asked. refunds@modularchunks.com
What we won’t refund
Already-consumed token usage past the included monthly tokens; subscriptions cancelled more than 14 days after the first charge; one-off pay-as-you-go top-ups (those are usage credits, not subscriptions).
How to request
Email refunds@modularchunks.com with the subscription email address. First-time requests inside the 14-day window are automated; complex cases (annual subscriptions, billing-cycle edge cases) take up to 2 business days.
